By accessing this website or purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Tourfic product from this website or any platform where Tourfic is available, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of this site and refrain from accessing or purchasing our products.
Pixelfic Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Tourfic products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Ontario and Canada, Pixelfic Inc. and Tourfic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our products, services, or materials, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
If your use of Tourfic products results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment, software, or data, you assume all associated costs.
2. License
All Tourfic plugins and related software are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.0. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under the GPL.
License keys are issued solely to provide access to updates, premium features, and support services. Each valid purchase includes a minimum of 365 days of updates and support from the date the order is marked as complete, unless otherwise stated.
An active license or subscription may be required to access product downloads, updates, and support services.
Redistribution of Tourfic trademarks, branding, documentation, graphics, or proprietary non-GPL assets without written permission from Pixelfic Inc. is prohibited.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Except for rights granted under the GPL, you do not acquire ownership or intellectual property rights to Tourfic products. All rights, title, and interest not expressly granted remain the property of Pixelfic Inc.
Tourfic products are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
- User accounts and product licenses are non-transferable unless approved by Pixelfic Inc.
- If you are a contractor, agency, or representative, we recommend that your clients purchase Tourfic licenses directly to ensure proper licensing, updates, and support.

5. Warranty Disclaimer
Tourfic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While Tourfic is designed to function with the latest stable version of WordPress, compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or integrations cannot be guaranteed.
Demo content, images, fonts (including TrueType fonts), and videos shown in demos are for demonstration purposes only and are not licensed for production use unless explicitly stated. Users are responsible for acquiring proper licenses from original rights holders.
6. Updates and Availability
Product updates and support availability depend on the license purchased. Pixelfic Inc. does not guarantee that updates will be provided indefinitely or that products will remain compatible with future or legacy WordPress versions.
No service-level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, or response-time guarantee is provided unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Pixelfic Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Abusive, unethical, or excessively hostile behavior
- Activities harmful to Tourfic, Pixelfic Inc., or its customers
- Promotion or use of pirated or hacked software
- Fraudulent or unfair purchase practices
- Suspicious or unlawful activity

9. Pricing and Product Changes
Pixelfic Inc. reserves the right to modify pricing, features, licensing models, or discontinue any product or service at any time, with or without notice.
10. Lifetime License
The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Pixelfic Inc. reserves the right to retire or discontinue a product with reasonable notice, typically between 30 and 90 days.
11. Anti-Fraud Policy
All purchases may be subject to automated or manual anti-fraud review by our payment processors. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during verification if required.
12. Support Policy
Support terms are governed by our Support Policy.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixelfic Inc., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of Tourfic products or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
